i was going to leave earlier & hit the gym pre work to avoid the traffic but sounds like passing canary wharf at 7am won't make any difference?
may give the a12 a go ...

Stirling,its a shocker in the morning....Ive resorted to A12 instead of A13 from M11...even at 6am its gridlock....A12 a tad better....Its moving at the moment eastbound but no much.

That new traffic light at canary wharf has added 30 mins to the west bound commute into the city every morning.

Looking out of the window from my office in the Wharf to A13 I see traffic moving but very slow...I got that to look forward to in a hour.

I've just got out of that. Took me 2 hours to get from Plaistow to Hornchurch. Heavy smash near the Ship and Shovel easbound. Has also clagged up all of Plaistow.
